One of my friends linked me this video and it seriously made my day. It made me laugh...and almost made me cry it was so true to life. Hope you enjoy it half as much as I did!

...because we're mormon and we don't drink coffee
Thanks now I feel obligated or should I say motivated to take my wife out. It really is a fine line. I wonder if mexican food at taco bell and an ice cream cone at McDonalds will work, instead of dancing?....hmm
ReplyDeleteThis is video is sooo true and exactly what I am experiencing right now. It made me laugh and cry.
ReplyDeleteAnd too anonymous - it really doesn't matter what you do as long as you do something! My husband often falls victim to the thought that he has to do something big and so ends up doing nothing, when a simple thing like bringing home flowers or sending me an email from work saying he is thinking of me means so much right now.
Hmmm, Aubrey only needs little things...I think I could use a BIG something right about now! JK. I LOVE this video. It is exactly how I feel. I know it is normal, but it isn't the funnest thing to be living. Date night, baby-sitters, ahhh...what I wouldn't give!
ReplyDeleteI love how it IS reality, yet their marriage will still work, because that is true love. (or at least that is how I am picturing the ending to that fabricate {but oh-so-true-to-life} video romance)
Loved it!! Thanks for sharing. It was funny to see how a "true love story" progresses. It's all bliss and goo-goo eyes at the beginning and then the real work begins. It is a TRUE love story, though! And that's what I love. Life is hard--but when we come out of the other side it just makes the relationship stronger. There isn't anything like a great date night out to help, either. :)
